Cheaper rates on Coventry mortgages

Selected mortgages from Coventry Building Society will now come with rates cut by up to 0.3 per cent.

The lender has cut its two-year residential fixed product by this amount, so that it comes in at 3.18 per cent. It's available at 65 per cent LTV, £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee. There's also a five-year fixed deal on offer at 3.89 per cent, with similar LTV, booking fee and arrangement fee.
