1. Why has Mortgage Choice ceased trading?

If you have an existing mortgage in place, this will have no significant impact on your mortgage or your lender. mortgage talk already has relationships with most major lenders and many specialists. mortgage talk will make contact with you in the future to ensure your mortgage deal continues to meet your needs today and in the future.
3. My mortgage application with Mortgage Choice is not yet completed, what does this mean for me?
Do not worry. mortgage talk has been providing an outsourced administration service to Mortgage Choice's clients for some time now so the chances are you have already been dealing with a member of our team! Consequently we are continuing to progress your application with your lender. mortgage talk will make contact with you shortly to update you on the progress of your application and clarify our next steps together. Rest assured that we are committed to keeping your application moving smoothly and you informed every step of the way.
4. Am I now a mortgage talk customer?
If you already have a mortgage, mortgage talk will contact you in the future to review your situation and try to help you with your future financial needs. If your application is still ongoing, mortgage talk will continue to process and service your mortgage application on your behalf.
5. Can I continue to speak to the broker who sold me my mortgage?

6. Does mortgage talk now have access to all my Mortgage Choice data and information? Is that compliant with the Data protection act?
Mortgage Talk will require your express consent in order to use any data previously held by Mortgage Choice. It is our mission to ensure that we continue to deliver an outstanding service and that you as a customer, do not lose out as a result.
7. I have recently applied for a mortgage through Mortgage Choice. What does this mean for me?
If you have an application ongoing, we already have your application details are progressing it with you lender but require your consent to continue to process the application. Please contact us at your earliest convenience 01709 381055
8. Will I have to go through all the paperwork again?
You should not have to duplicate any paperwork but depending where in the process you are, there may be more administration to do with a mortgage talk team member. We will be in touch with you very shortly to talk through your next steps.
9. I have paid my mortgage fee to Mortgage Choice do I have to pay more?
There will be no additional fees payable to mortgage talk, however if you case need replacing or you change the product you originally requested the lender may charge another fee.
10. If I renew my mortgage with you, will it cost more or less than it did with Mortgage Choice?
Mortgage Choice charged a maximum fee of £299 for arranging your mortgage. mortgage talk charge a typical fee of £199. this is however subject to change at any time as was Mortgage Choice
11. Who is mortgage talk regulated by?
mortgage talk is an appointed representative of Legal & General Partnership Services Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for advising on and arranging mortgages and insurance
12. What lenders do you deal with? Can you get me the same or better deals than Mortgage Choice?
